She was qualified as a patent agent in 1992. and her officialdesignation was Deputy Director of Shandong University Patent Agency. With 38 years experience of patent agency, she founded Shengda in 2004. Mrs. Jiankang LI is one of the most prestigious professionals in the intellectual agency industry.
